What I've learnt this morning is decimals room 7 had this little test to know how much we know about decimals I've learnt where to put the numbers like hundredths and tens and the decimal point i'm learning more about decimals :))

First day of school

today was the first day of school in 2019 now I'm in Mrs Tofa's class and I am feeling kinda nervous but when I spend more time with the class I will gain more convinced and learn more things I never learnt before.

Week 2 term 4 maths

WALT:place value partitioning to
solve multiplication problems

1.37 X 25 =

( 30 X 20 ) + ( 30 X 5 ) + ( 7 X 20 ) + ( 7 X 5 )

= 600 + 150 + 140 + 35

= 925

42 X 17 =

( 40 X 10) + ( 40 X 7 ) + ( 2 X 10 ) + ( 2 X 7 )

=400 + 280 + 20 + 14

=714
